CHRISTMAS TAG

What's your favorite thing about Christmas?
                                                                Real Tree or Fake?
Fake. With our dog I've always been afraid he would pee on it lol. Plus I hate vacuuming.

 Giving Presents or Receiving Presents?
Both. My Boyfriend pick a charity organization every year and give presents to those less fortunate than us. Its something I learned as a child to always help and share.

Do you open your presents Christmas morning or evening?
As a child we would open them Christmas Eve and I hated that. I love the anticipation of waking up Christmas morning to open gifts. It totally ruins Christmas for me if Presents are opened before

Handmade Christmas Cards or Bought?
We always buy our cards, because we like to be cheesy and make Christmas photo cards with our dog Louis

What's your favorite Christmas Film?
Its A Wonderful Life, Love Actually, The Family Stone, and Deck the Halls for a good laugh.

What's your Favorite Christmas Food?
I'm a Mexican so I'd have to say TAMALES!! This year Ben and I are making homemade pizza.

What is your favourite make up look for the festive season?
I reach for gold, and shimmery  shadows and red lips.

What is the best Christmas present you have ever received?
Hard to say since I've never gotten a gift I didn't like

What are your favourite Christmas songs?
Jingle Bells Batman Smells

Do you have any Christmas traditions?
No we dont

Talk us through your typical Christmas day.
Wake up, open presents, eat yummy snacks, watch Christmas movies all day.

Do you have any funny Christmas memories?
I do. Most from my childhood and with my family. I also remember lots of drama. Yikes!!

Do you still have advent Calenders?
Yes i have a Charlie Brown one I got last year

When do you start getting excited about Christmas?
Right after Thanksgiving when I put up my tree, and decorations

Merry Christmas

A very Merry Christmas to all of you. May you enjoy this holiday with the ones you love. Hopefully you are all on the nice list and you get many gifts filled with all the beauty products you love.

November Ipsy Bag

Not too impressed with this months Ipsy ( Glam bag). I think we can agree that the star of this was the Nailtini Nail Polish ( glittery gold with green specks). I had swatched the  Bare Minerals Moxie lip gloss at Sephora on my last trip there, and didnt really like it. I though it was a bit to thick and stick. The color is a pretty berry color. I just don't think I'll be using it. I've only ever really likes one BM lip gloss, that I recently used up . It was a super shimmery sheer Pink. I think the name was April. The Black Starlet Eyeliner is just ok.
I prefer a supper smooth liker like UD Perversion or Tarte Smolder Eye Pencils. I dont like pencils that tug on my eyelids. So another product I wont use. I got the Matt Batali dark chocolate brown shadow. One I'm not a big fan of either matte or dark brown shadows. on my skin it just looks like I have dirty eyelids, lol. A friend suggested using it as a brow powder. So maybe that would work.  Its hard to tell with the Chella brow gel. Im very partial to Anastasia brow gel and I guess I can only tell if I give it a try. There was a coupon included for $20 off Just Fab. ive never tried using them. and buying shoes online is kinda tricky unless its something like TOMS that I regularly wear. I just like to try them out and get a feel for them. I wonder that their return/ exchange process is like. Or even the quality of the shoes. I don't know. Too many questions. Lastly the bag itself. blahhhh!  Need I say more.

Where have these been all my life!!!

OCC (Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics) - LIP TAR
I am head over heels for these OOC Lip Tars!! I bought them for $16 each at Sephora.com . I am a total pink girl. If its pink I love it. Whatever it is!! So I could'nt resist these. I'd read about them online and saw many blogs and youtube vids raving about these so I go two colors both bright pinks. Anime a darker bright hot pink, and Nylon a neon pink. Nylon is supposed to be a close dupe for MAC Candy Yum Yum. I missed out on CYY so you be the judge. I also purchased the Prep and Prime lip tar.  I have read the this product will tend to bleed if you dont use the primer and a lip liner. I have plenty of pink lip liners to match so I'm prepared. I swatched both colors . the smaller pic in the corner has all three colors. Oh, i asked for a sample of the red lip tar in NSFW. It is super red and kinda sexy so I think Im gonna venture out f my pink comfort zone and get that one too. the larger middle pic is a combo of both Nylon and Anime together. I love that shade. and I think it looks good with my skin tone. These come with applicator brushes and I tried using one of them and didnt think it gave me the control I needed with this product, so instead I'm using the timy little black liner brushes that came with an Elf lip pot and gel liner (that I never used), the brushes are perfect for this.

Ulta Hauls

I know Im so behind on post here, and I wanted to share some of the new items I purchased at ULTA. I'm pretty sure some of these will be making the November favorites list. To be honest in the past I may have used only one or two NYX Products. I believe it may have been an eyeshadow and a blush, and were talking 2008ish. However I recently rediscovered it and I have to admit that I have a new found love for NYX. ULTA is the only place other than online where I can find it. I love shopping online, but I prefer to swatch products before buying them. So if anyone knows where I can find NYX besides ULTA let me know please.
TOP LEFT: NYX Lipsticks in Fusion- which is a lovely sheer fuschia. and Gem a sheer berry color. The first thing that caught my eye was the price.  They were on clearance for 1.99 each. and I got the last ones. The colors are kinda summery but they are still pretty for winter. Im not a big fan of the dark lip colors.
TOP MIDDLE AND RIGHT & BOTTOM RIGHT: Swatches of the bottom right products. Color on the right is Covergirl Lipstick in Heavenly, a very pretty pinkish brown shade. At least thats how it looks on me.  the second is NYX  lipstick in Narcissus super pretty baby pink. and a swatch of NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Knight. its a blackish forest green. I used it with a shimmery olive green shadow and it looked fab. ( sorry I didn't take a pic) . I got some Ardell false lashes because I cant help myself . And as many of you know I love Kat Von D concealer, and I thought I would give a less inexpensive product a chance and i bought this NYX HD Concealer in Tan . Im pretty pleased with it. It does its job and the coverage is good. It feels a little on the runnier side but once its set its just as good. So I may re-purchase this one. And my can't live without products. Tarte blush/bronzer duo in Dollface & Park Ave Princess. I love these little duos, they're only like $15 for both. they last a pretty long time, and look so pretty on any skin tone.
BOTTOM LEFT:  Along with the NYX lipsticks I also got a blush in Summer Peach, super pretty shimmery peach/pink. The color is very similar to one of my favorites NARS Super Orgasm. So if you are looking for a close dupe, for less than 5 bucks, definitely give this a try. I picked up NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Black Bean as I had finished the last one I had months ago but its always out-of-stock. and I couldnt resit the urge to try something from the new  Kardashian line. I got a Khroma Beauty face palette in "Kim's Kaedazzle". Its so pretty and the colors are perfect for creating a smoky eye. It includes 8 eyeshadows 4 matte and 4 shimmery, a blush, highlighter, and bronzer. for about $12.  Of course I used my coupons, and cashed in a rewards so one of the NYX lipsticks was free!! and thats how I like to shop.

October Favorites and Empties

FAVORITES:
I am really happy with what became my favorites this past month. Mainly because I went out of my usual comfort zone and tried products I don't regularly buy. I hear so much about elf products and people loving them so much. I really never tried them. I had some things that I got in a swap but I shared them with my friend and sister. Until recently when I did another swap with a friend from High School I hadn't seen in years. She mentioned that she really liked some of their products. So I picked up a few things and decided I would get them a true chance.
 1. I bought myself an Elf blush in Fuschia Fusion and OMG!! I freaking love this blush. I have always been a loyal NARS blush user, but this blew me away. The color is very pretty and it stays on so nicely. Of course I use a setting spray but for $3!! Hell Yeah I'll buy it again
2. Benefit Pore Fessional- My sister in law gave this to me while I was visiting her last month and I use it everyday. I ove the way it make my makeup look just a little more flawless. and it goes on nice and smooth.
3. My "can't live without" product is Tarte Amazonian Clay Bronzer in Park Avenue Princess. Ive talked about this so much because I love the tint and shimmer of it . As you can see I clearly hit pan long ago. But its ok I  got a new one today!
4. I got this product late in the month in a swap with a UK Blogger at Laura's Little Secrets Click here to check out her blog. She is so sweet and cute. This is a Collection 2000 Liquid Eyeliner and I love the super thin brush it has. and its very black and stay on all day. I definitely gotta get another someday soon.
5. Finally My F-A-V-O-R-I-T-E eyeliner also came from the UK in a swap I did with another blogger at sweetpealondon. This INIKA Organic eyeliner in Black Caviar. Im gonna cry the day this runs out. I love Urban Decay Zero, but its not very black and Perversion is very black but it smears everywhere. This is the perfect combination of those two.  Ive bought some new items this month that Im going to use and we'll see if they make the list for this month.
   EMPTIES:
I had several but only two were near and dear to me . First my Kat Von D Concealer which I have made very clear that I love. We had a good run, but Im going to give it a rest. Im going to try a different and less expensive product and see how they compare.
And my Buxom Lips Gloss in I believe it was April. I know its an old one but I have had it sealed and didnt open it till the summer. It was my go to gloss. I dont know if this color is even still available so we say Good bye. ..sniff tear.

I need some Spa time... Glossybox Style !

Im sorry that I have been M.I.A. for a while,  there have been some things that have been stressing me out. At work mostly, but what this has all come to is that I need a spa day. Unfortunately, I've been promising my self one for weeks in fact since my October Glossy box arrived. It is full of stuff I need to relax and give myself some TLC. I had hoped to have a glass of wine while I enjoyed my luxe bubble bath and scubbed with my loofah soap but I have drank all the wine standing in the kitchen. I loved this Glossybox bacause everything in it was very practical, and Im a practical kinda gal. The only thing i wasn't too crazy about was the Model Co Lipstick Duo if anyof you have seen most of my pictures Im usually wearing some shade of pink. and this color is just a little too brown for me. plus it was pressed up against the cap so it got a little damaged.  I did use the Carol's Daughter Almond Cookie  Shea Souffle and I am in L-O-V-E with it. Fist off it smells yummy and fresh. Thats the thing about Almond its not overpowering. and m skin feel so smooth. Arizona air is so dry that my skin just needs that moisture.  So if any of you have one and didnt like it . Pls let me know and I may take it off your hands, we can swap or buy, whatever. My favorite item was the Blood Orange Exfoliating Loofah Soap . It smells sooooo good, Like the Glycerine soaps I used to get at The Body Shop. my mom use to love those, and this reminded me of those.  Im eager to use the Alessandro Pedix Feet stuff, so I'll keep you all posted if I ever get a chance to relax. and decompress. until then Gotta keep on movin'.

September GLOSSYBOX

I was pretty happy with this months Glossybox. It came on thursday, so I was happy to come home to it after a long day. It had a couple of things that I was pretty happy about.
Im a BB Cream lover so I was pretty stoked about the Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream. I got it in No 31 which is perfect for my skin tone.  This is just under $30 for the size I got. The only con is the smell of it. I think its a little to perfumed for my taste.
The Ko Gen Do Cleansing Spa Water- I tried it last night and it felt really nice and my face felt fresh. I ran a cotton ball over my face with it, and loved it. At $13  for this 3.38 size, Id say its worth it. Now I don't know about you, but I think that Shampoo and conditioner are more box fillers than anything else. A deluxe sample size like these are hardly enough for you to fall in love with a product.
Nonetheless GKHair Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner smell nice. We travel alot so its good to have some travel size products on hand. I try to always bring my own toiletries just in case.
Finally, Kryolan for Glossybox Moisture Rich Lipstick in Glossy Pink. I am a total pink lipstick girl. About 90% of the lipsticks I own are some shade of Pink. So I was very pleased with it. I swatched it and think it looks pretty.  Let me know what you think of this months box. Can't wait to see what October GLOSSYBOX will have in store .

September Empties

As I was preparing to write this, I realized that I had cleaned out my guest bathroom and ended up throwing out a lot of stuff earlier this month.  But I did have these empties left and its ok because Im really anxious to repurchase some of these.
1. Aussie Aussome Volume Maximum Hold Hairspray - I love this hairspray. I like to have big curls and lots of volume. It holds my style, doesn't feel sticky and smells nice. This is a constant staple in my bathroom, and daily hair routine.
2. TRESemme Heat Tamer Spray- I style with heat DAILY! Either straightening, curling, blow drying, crimping, waving... You name it. So, its super important to have a good heat protectant handy. I have other ones in the bathroom and they either smell like burnt hair or make my hair feel oily and weighed down. (yes Im talking to you Garnier Fructis). This one is light, and smells good, after heat styling. Will definitely continue to buy this.
3. Olive Hand Cream- I got this at ROSS for like $4 one day when I forgot my hand lotion. My hands get dry because I constantly wash them and use hand sanitizer at work. I figured eh... I'll give it a try. I have to say I really like this. I wouldn't leave it at work I took it home and kept it in my nightstand and used it every night. Im in a no-buy so I haven't bought it again, but Im sure I will.
 4. Wen Hair  Sweet Almond Cleansing Conditioner- I can't say it enough. I love, love, love this! I dont use it daily but I treat my hair to it and the deep conditioning treatment. It has transformed my hair. I used to have unmanageable, dry brittle hair. Such a sad time. I dont even have to tell you, this is already on my shopping list.
5. Part of my daily skin care routine Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Oil Free Acne Wash- I don't have acne, so I guess it works.  It wakes my skin up in the am. Clean & Clear Morning Burst Detoxifying Facial Scrub. I bought it while on vacation, and decided to finish it off.  I actually use this at night. The C&C is nice and I may use it again sometime. I have my tried and true St Ives Apricot Scrub and will stick with that.
6. Clear Shampoo and Conditioner. Really liked them both, smells super good, and It makes my hair so easy to manage and super soft.
7. Clinique Turnaround Overnight Radiance Moisturizer- I got this free. I guess it does it thing.  I did like that my eye area wasn't so dry anymore, and my makeup went on a little more easily and smooth. I don't like to think i need an eye cream, but I guess I do.

Now For The Important Stuff:
I ran out of some of my favorites this month.

My Clinique Even Better Foundation in Sand. -  I truly like this, My skin doesn't break out, Its feel light, and has a nice sheer coverage so I dont look or feel like I have on thick makeup. Nice and natural feel.
NARS Blush in Super Orgasm.  - The shimmery peach pink compliments my skin tone, and the sparkle is too cute to not love. Luckily I always have a back up one on hand before I run out.
Gucci Parfum II - This smells so good, its a nice summer scent so this means I can shop for a new crisp fall scent . Just in time.
Tarte  Smooth OperatorAmazonian Clay Illuminating Serum- Some days this is all I use on my face. This was a deluxe size sample that came in a Tarte gift set and I think I will get a full size one. Just be careful It can make u a little oily if you use too much.
Benefit They're Real Mascara - If i ever see anyone who doesn't like this, I'll be surprised. The formula is nicely pigmented and the wand is perfect for coating every lash just right. Again i already have a back-up.

Thanks for reading. Sorry it was so long.

My Recent Swaps

Its been an exciting month for my mailbox. The anticipation of what was to come was killing us both. I did an international swap with Rachel in the UK who has one of my favorite blogs  Sweetpea London. (Click the link, check it out and follow her if you haven't already)  After emailing, and  tweeting back and forth we decided we were going to do a beauty/misc/candy swap. I know there are certain items like Bath and Body Works and Victorias Secret and certain sweets  which may be a bit more expensive or nor easily available in the UK. And I wanted to get some beauty products, not available in the USA. Plus who doesn't love all things UK/London themed, right. Of course with overseas packages coming into the US so close to 9/11 my packages took a little longer to arrive and that is understandable. I was so happy to come home to such lovely packages, filled with some really fun, yummy, and adorable items. Take a look.

I have to say i absolutely loved every single item in this swap, but i did have have some select favorites.
A flag with the royal couple. This is going right up on my wall in my makeup room. Which gives me an idea. I'd love to do more swaps and see how many different flags I can collect.  Next is this tote, this bag will be seeing plenty of shopping. I have a feeling I will fill it up soon. Its the perfect size to carry around and no one else will have one like it. This 17 Bronzer, eyeshadow, lipgloss trio I cant get enough of. I have seen so many 17 products on other blogs and have been dying to try them. The color is just beautiful. I haven't tried it yet. But I probably will this weekend.  I saw another blogger friend of mine get this 17 mascara and I texted her "I hope I get one too" I love all things animal print and I had to have this. So I am a very happy girl now.

I also loved this Umberto Gianni Hairspray and Moisture Balm.  I am a big fan of lovely smelling hair, and pride myself in having bouncy hair that I can smell when I walk. This stuff smells really GOOD.  The Telephone booth with tea bags is so darn cute, and it doubles as a coin bank, which is coming in real handy this month during my no-buy freeze. I'll be banking some money in here then treating myself to a shopping spree. These earrings are absolutely adorable. I am definitely wearing the heck outta these. How cute are they?? My new favorites. There was so much more in the box, lotions, mascaras, lip balm, nail polishes, candy, eyeshadow, keychains, postcards and chocolate. Lots of chocolate,
I had a great experience with this swap and I am looking forward to doing another swap soon as well as my next one with her. I've made a new friend in her. <3

I also did a swap with another blogger stateside Samantha who just started her blog and has Beauty is My Thing. Shes a super sweet and drop dead gorgeous girl. We have been following each other on Instagram and emailing back and forth. Her makeup and nail polish collection is TDF. We swapped beauty boxes and she sent me so many lip glosses and some bronzers, nail polishes, eyeliner, eyeshadows and these reaally cute lip and eye pallets. I, of course ripped everything out of its package like a kid at chritmas and began swatching and trying every product out.

. I really fell in love with a lipstick by Elf  in a pale pinkish nude color.  L'Oreal nail polish in Penthouse Pink is gorgeous, Essie Nail polish in Marshmallow ( which is one of my faves) and MAC eyeshadows mascara and lip glosses. Im already digging into all these goodies. Its a good thing I have all this to choose from since Im not buying anything this month.

Thicker, Fuller, Longer...Lashes that is.

Operation ThickerFullerLongerLashes:                    I love long lush lashes!! Who doesn't right?  Unfortunately unlike my sister in law (who I adore) I wasn't born with them. The only i can achieve that look is by wearing false lashes, which I am not opposed to. I decided I would try Latisse and commit to the application instructions. I figured "Hey it worked for Brooke Shields and Claire Danes, why not me"  So this is it! I have applied the first dose and will be tracking my progress and results every week for the duration of this treatment. Here is a before pic. My true lashes, make-up free. We'll see if this works.  Wish me well.

( Never mind my skin imperfections, lol)  I just wanted to be as truthful and real as I could.  Obviously, I'm wearing false lashes in the top pic.   As you can see I have very short, sparse lashes.

* I read and understood the side effects of this drug, and am under a doctors supervision. I am not endorsing this product, nor did I pay for it. It is a professional sample.

(FYI: False lashes are "Foxy" from LashBrat They have many styles. Click on the link to get yours.  Lash Brat )

Latest Haul

I recently did some shopping for a friend and I picked a few things up for my self as well. I made a few trips where I could get some good deals. I went to Beauty Brands.(Great place to get some good hair products, nail polishes, and they even have a salon, Ulta- I don't need to tell you its awesome,  Bath & Body Works, and of course I do my usual run to Walgreens.

Beauty Brands: I got an email with their current promotional sales, and went to get some goodies for my friend. They have a huge selection of nail polishes and  nail accessories. I grabbed some stuff for my friend and used a coupon they emailed me for this Redken dry shampoo/ hairspray duo. Im not much of a dry shampoo user, but Im sure the occasion will come for me to use it. Or I can give it away. I did use the Redken Quick Tease Finishing hairspray last night. The mist is very light and and it kept my hair curly and bouncy. It smells pretty good too, as most Redken products do.

Ulta: This is where I did some real damage.

Hair: If its one thing I love its beautiful, soft, shiny hair. I bought myself and my friend both a mini Macadamia Natural Oil Rejuvenating Shampoo. It Smells so good and makes my hair very soft and bouncy. I also had to get a new Fekkai Hair Glossing Cream since i inadvertently used the last one on my face (long story). But I love that stuff, when I want a polished look but dont want to use hairspray. Yes, Im that girl that still plays with her hair and likes to twirl my fingers in my curls.

Make-up: I love NYX, and its just my luck that everytime I go to buy a new Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk it always sold out. GRRR!! But it was my lucky day and there was one left, yay. This pencils are so versatile, I use it to under another color, on my waterline to make my eyes look brighter, and to highlight under my eyebrows, etc.. I recently made the horrible mistake of leaving my favorite lipstick in the pockets of my work clothes and later found it in the dryer. Luckily it didn't open up, or I would have been in serious trouble. But I made it up to myself by buying a new beautiful NYX Lipstick in Shiva. I am crazy about Sephora Love Test, but this one is just as lovely and about $10 cheaper.

Bronzer: I saw this Lorac Tantilizer Baked Bronzer in a Allure magazine, and I've been dying to try it. I love bronzer, and i love that this is so shimmery and gorgeous. I swatched it, and I used it last night. I thought it looked really cute. (Shhh I got my friend one of these too). Shes drop dead gorgeous, so Im pretty sure she'll appreciate it.

Bath & Body Works: Coconut Lime Breeze Triple Moisture Body Cream. It smells delicious!! Its thicker than the body lotion and the scent stays on longer. I started using Trader Joe's Organic Coconut Oil recently in place of body lotion. I seriously put it in my hair, on my body, even on my face after I shower.  I dont have oily skin, so it really helps lock in the moisture. (Thanks to my good friend Yessie @Cinnamonandzoeykisses), and this cream just picked up on the light natural coconut scent and is super yummy.  Also bought a new C.O. Bigelow Spearmint Supreme Gloss. Its super shiny and the spearmint not only keep your mouth feeling cool but also kinda freshens your breath. Always a plus.

Walgreens: I have a Walgreens rewards card, and they have recently been paying more attention to their beauty section, and become more attentive to customers when shopping that section. They always have some promotion with samples, and coupons. Plus, I always get those Walgreens buck to spend, So I like to stop by every now and then and grab a new nail polish, lip balm, or what ever I may need. Well I needed alot of stuff. Ive become somewhat obsessed with EOS lip balms, they're cute and keep my lips soft what else can I say, and with Maybelline's Baby Lips Lip Balms. They are so smooth, taste yummy and do a really good job hydrating. Peach Kiss was my latest acquisition. I saw this L'oreal Double Extend Eye Illuminator Mascara, Its double eneded one end has a regular Black mascara and the second end has an illuminating mascara to apply on top. The tip is the round ball type brush. I used it last night along with the Mod Lash False Eyelashes #21 in Black. I bought this Maybelline BB Cream to see how it compared to L'oreal's Magic Skin Beautifier. well I gotta say I like them both. This one does provide better coverage, and it makes my skin feel hydrated without making it oily. But even better is I combine them together and my face feels great. I love the two together.

And finally Secret Clinical Strength Deoderant in Powder Protection Scent. Its summer and I live in AZ 'nuff said!

You know what time it is .....

College football season is here, and our favorite teams already scored a touchdown in the first play. Yes, I'm talking about USC Trojans. Our lives evolve around who's playing who and what time. This goes for any sport. We eat, breathe, sleep sports in this house. So to keep it interesting for me and you guys because, after all I know your not following me for my sports stats. So this week as college football kicked off I got into the spirit of things and coordinated my work ensemble to match USC's colors. I used my bhcosmetics matte pallet and chose a bright yellow shadow on the inner half of my lid, and a berry colored shadow for the outer part. I used Urban decays Midnight Cowgirl to highlight my brow bone. On lashes I used a Jordana Mascara in black and bhcosmetics felt tip liner in black as well, lips I used Tarte Lip stain Pencil in Lust. and finally for my nails I watched several Youtube vids on water marbling, and it took me a few attempts to get it right. ( my first time was an epic failure to say the least). I wore my USC scrubs, and accessorized with my custom made USC bag. If interested email me I'll give you the details on who made it.

Speaking of Beauty

Check out my new beautiful baby girl. My boyfriend and I have been making it work for almost 2 years with only one vehicle and along with adding the mileage to it, we felt like we definitely needed to get a second car. So we did our homework, and shopped around, and compared prices and stats..blah,blah. The long and short of it is, I GOT A BRAND NEW SHINY RED CAR! Thats all that matters right? It make life so much easier. And i have to give the guy extra credit though. I love to shop. That is not news to anyone, but he would take me to the mall any time I wanted and drive me here and there with no complaints. Even though every time he asks how long I'll be in a store i say " 10 minutes tops" and really that means "like 45 min to an hour considering I find what I want and you don't have to take me to 3 other places". I love the guy with all my heart. He is an amazing boyfriend. He supports my addictions to fashion, make-up, Hello Kitty. Im a LUCKY girl. He is a true champ. I love you Ben. We are both huge Manchester United Fans, hence the color. And we are ordering a personalized plate, and Man Utd decal for the back. Just in case my other bf Wayne Rooney is ever in town. He can hitch a ride with me.

Time to play catch up.

So I have been kind of sick this past week, i had some issues with my right eye that were making me sensitive to the light of my laptop. But, Im back, and I am doing much, much better.
So where do I start. Sunday I went to see Duran Duran in concert. My original boy band!!!  I have to say maybe 90% of my favorite bands are from the UK.  I think that is where the best music comes from. DD are no exception. They put on a great show. Even though it was over 100 deg F, and humid, I danced my butt off. My only complaint is they didn't play my jam ( Girls on Film). Bummer. I tried to take a few videos with my iphone and I'll upload them to my YouTube channel if you want to take a peek at them.
